This film is based on director Ejun Hong’s personal story; the time when she put an end to her academic journey due to an unidentifiable eye disorder and how she overcame her personal struggles through the power of animation. This film shows what animation means to Ejun, why animated storytelling matters to her, and how she used animation to address her personal issues, her family’s hardships, and the struggles of others.
