I Am Odd tells the story of a young autistic 10 yr old boy, his poem being recounted in a song about how he sees himself. The animation follows the story, and the mood switches when his friend “Mia” begins to sing Ben’s lyrics from a neurotypical friend’s point of view. Ben then realises being odd is not a problem at all, and that together they can “Reach for the Sky’ and achieve anything.
