XRAI Glass, a company based in the UK, recently launched software that can be paired with Nreal smart glasses to allow the hearing impaired to “see” conversations in the world around them. The XRAI Glass software converts audio into a subtitled version of conversation which appears on the screen of the user’s glass. This pioneering software product hopes to enrich conversation for hundreds of millions of people around the world who are deaf or have hearing loss.
